Registration is available either online or in person at the KUSC office.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Save yourself time and ease of access! If your children have played for
KUSC in the past, then you already have an account in our system.
When registering your child, there may be several options available. Please ensure you select the correct program and location.
How to Register Online
If your child has played with KUSC in the past, or you have registered you child for competitive tryouts, you already have an account with us! Please do not create another account!
Go to the Members tab on this site (located at the top of this page). Remember to set your browser settings to allow pop-ups for our site while you are registering.
There are three options to get started:
- Enter your login PINs;
- If you have forgotten your PINs, enter you name and email; or
- Create a new account if you are new to KUSC.
Once you are in your account, click on the Register tab. Under this tab there will be a separate tab for each family member.
Click on the tab of the child you are registering. You will then be able to select a program. When completing the form, you will need to agree to the waiver and permissions by ticking the appropriate boxes. Please be sure to read the information carefully.
Once the form is completed, you will need to purchase the program! There are two options for purchase:
1. Online payment through PayPal
- if you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to create one in order to pay for registration online as we do not accept e-transfers. Once payment is completed through PayPal, your registration is complete!
2. Offline payment by cash or cheque
- Offline payment needs to be received in the KUSC office within seven days of online registration.
- Your child will not be placed in a program until payment has been received.
When your payment is cleared and your child is registered, you can access a tax receipt for the child fitness tax credit by going to the Receipt tab of your account.
Troubleshooting for online registration
- if you experience a frozen screen when trying to click on the Register tab, check your browser settings. Our website operates best using Google Chrome, so an alternate browser may be required.
- If you cannot print the form for offline payments, check your browser's pop-up settings. You will need to temporarily allow pop-ups from our website to solve this problem.
- If you still cannot print the form, come into the office with your payment and we can print the forms here to complete registration.
IN PERSON REGISTRATION
If you would like to come into the office to register, please bring a completed registration form and payment by cash or cheque. Cheques should be payable to Kingston United Soccer Club or KUSC. We are available to assist with registration Tuesday evenings from 3-7pm starting January 21st. Once the season starts our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am-3pm.- Fridays 10 - 2 pm
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Competitive Registration
If you were CONFIRMED selected for Competitive team following try-outs, your Head Coach will tell you to register for the competitive deposit, and then Step 2 Competitive. (Step 1 comp deposit is non-refundable)
If you are a house league player and/or new to KUSC and have NOT been selected by the Head coach of a competitive team, you are NOT eligible to register for a competitive team. Therefore, PLEASE DO NOT SELECT any competitive options.
Friend Requests
Both online and in person registration allows you to indicate one (1) friend request for each child registering. If you have a friend request, it is important that you indicate this on the registration form. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to place the children together, but we will try our best.
Division Locations
For children playing in the under 8 (U8) age groups and younger, we run two separate divisions. The Central divisions are based in central Kingston, and the East divisions play on the east side of the Cataraqui River off Highway 15. When registering, please indicate which division you prefer.
Note: children playing in U10 or older play in a single division and are played in both parts of the city.
