Kingston United Soccer Club is a member of The Ontario Soccer Association and is therefore recognized as a Provincial Sport Organization by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sport.

KUSC Policy for Concussion and Head Injury


Concussion and Head Injury - Coaches / Parents / Players / Officials  YOU NEED TO KNOW!

This is a course specifically designed by NCCP to assist coaches with being concussion smart! This eLearning course is online and is required to be completed by OSA Learning Facilitators and all coaches who attend the C Licence, B Licence, B Licence Re-Certification and Goal Keeping Diploma Course. Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks

KUSC requires that all volunteers working with youth complete a Criminal Record Check (CPIC).  

Volunteers who will be working with children under the age of 18 are required to provide a Vulnerable Sector (VS) Check.  All persons requesting a VS Check must provide their local police agency with a letter from our organization explaining that the VS Check is required.  You can obtain a copy of this letter at our office or you can print a copy here.

You will also need to give a detailed description of the specific job you will be volunteering for as well as a hiring managers name and contact number.  Please use our General Manager, Estelle Nicholls at 613-507-9760 as your contact information.

Your CPIC and/or VS Check must be included with your volunteer application.  Your report is deemed CONFIDENTIAL.  Bring your receipt along with your report to the KUSC office for reimbursement.
