THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PLAYERS.

Registration

KUSC members can register on-line under the Member tab on the home page. New KUSC members will need to create an account under the Member tab. Once the account has been created, the registration process can be completed on-line.

Payment of Registration Fees - House League

• Full payment for registration may be made on-line during the on-line registration process
• Payment made in person must accompany the registration form ONLY if the player was not registered on-line
• Payment made in person must be cash or cheque
  • Cheques should be made out to Kingston United Soccer Club or KUSC
• Every player is responsible for their own registration and payment of fees

Payment of Registration Fees - Competitive 

• Full payment of registration fees can be made on-line during the on-line registration process
• Payment may be made in person to the team’s Head Coach but must accompany the registration form ONLY if the player was not registered on-line
• Payment made to the team Head Coach MUST be made by cheque
  • Payment is made out to Kingston United Soccer Club or KUSC
• Full payment MUST be received no later than April 15th

All refunds are:

• Subject to a $30.00 administration fee
• The competitive tryout fee is non-refundable
• The competitive commitment fee is non-refundable
• Must be made in writing, by email, or online by June 30th, and clearly indicate the reason for withdrawal
• Do not ask a coach or other volunteer to pass on verbal requests, as they will not be accepted
• Refund requests made over the phone or through voice mail will not be accepted
• Refunds will only be issued once uniforms and equipment are returned to the club
• Refund cheques will be issued on the 15th of each month, beginning on June 15th

   

Full refunds (less the $30 administration fee):

• Will be processed for requests prior to May 15th
• Where a player trying out for a competitive team is not selected and KUSC is unable to provide a suitable alternative within the recreational program
•  Where a player trying out for a competitive team is not selected for a specific team and player decides to leave KUSC immediately after tryouts
•  Where a developmental or recreational player identifies a specific geographic site and KUSC cannot accommodate the request
