The following rules and regulations have been established by the Kingston United Soccer Club (KUSC or the Club below) in order to promote and develop the game of soccer within its jurisdiction. These rules and regulations are effective as soon as they are posted to the KUSC Web site.
Recovery of Fees and Fines
The Club may, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, recover from any player(s) and/or officials of a team, all or part of the fees and fines assessed to the Club as a result of the actions of a team, its players, team officials or spectators.
Good Standing
Teams, players, team officials and other registrants who owe monies to the Club will be considered not to be in good standing.
Standing at Registration
The Club may, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, refuse registration to teams, players, or team officials who are not in good standing.

Schedule of Fees and Fines
The following Schedule of Fees is in effect at the Kingston United Soccer Club (KUSC or the Club below). These fees are effective as soon as they are posted to the KUSC Web site.
- Request for a Disciplinary Hearing – A $50 fee is to be paid by the individual requesting the hearing. This fee is reimbursed if the individual is subsequently found not guilty of the charge.
- Request to Postpone a Disciplinary Hearing – A $25 fee is to be paid by the party requesting the postponement.
- Wearing a Uniform Not Approved by the Club for a Sanctioned Game - A $200 fine will be assessed to the team for a first offence; a $400 fine will be assessed to the team for each subsequent offence.
